As a Human Resource and Management Development consultant with 30 years of experience in the field, I have helped businesses write employee manuals, resolve employee relations situations, hire, guide, and sometimes, fire employees, develop job descriptions, and develop strategic plans.  My 15 years of Total Quality and Six Sigma experience have allowed me to also assist with the organizational process improvements that businesses need to get the most out of their resources; eliminate waste.
